OUR ESTATE SECURITY SERVICES

Residential Security Teams (RST) provide protection & security for VIPs as well as high net-worth residences. All of our agents are highly trained to quickly react to any situation that may arise. We offer both armed and unarmed security services. Our RST professionals will monitor and set a baseline of normal environment activities. This will ultimately allow our agents to maintain a low profile while protecting our client and their residence.

Residential security agents may be called upon to work directly with law enforcement agencies in the event of a security breach or emergency. They may provide assistance and support to law enforcement in the investigation of any crimes that have been committed on the client’s property.

Client Confidentiality 

It is important for residential security agents to maintain the confidentiality of their clients and their personal information. This may involve protecting the client’s personal information from unauthorized access, as well as maintaining the confidentiality of any information obtained during the course of their duties.

OUR ESTATE SECURITY SERVICES INCLUDE

• Safeguarding the client, family, and personal property located at the residence.
  
• Access control for visitors, employees, and vendors.
  
• Detect and report suspicious activity and security vulnerabilities.
  
• Maintain and manage all security logs, radio logs, visitor information, residence audits, vehicle inspections, and security phone communication.
  
• Monitor the residential intrusion detection system, panic alarms, and CCTV camera system.
